This is an easy Chicken salad. This is less spicy, and here we used tamarind as a dressing. This is ideal for dinner. Oil is not used. This is a very healthy dish.  You can make is a well balanced meal if you use small cup of rice with this salad.  You are free make is spicy as you wish or any vegetable in to this. That is all depend on your creativity and taste

Ingredients
  • 200 g chicken fillets
  • 50 g each lettuce,ice burg
  • 1 spring onion
  • 20 g feta cheese
  • 1 traumatic powder
  • crushed pepper
  • soya sauce
  • for tamarind Reduction
  • 200 g Tamarind
  • 2oo ml water
  • 150 g sugar

Method

  1. First marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and set aside
  2. Meanwhile dissolve tamarind in water then heat a pan and put the tamarind juice in to it. Add sugar and reduce for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat up another pan with oil and add the chicken in to it. Pan Fry chicken for 2 minutes. Then turn the other side and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. In a plate make a basket with lettuce. Put the pan cooked chicken in the middle and dress it with the tamarind source you made before.
  5. Garnish with capers and black olives

Note

you are free to use more chilli and coriander leaves to your chicken when marinating.  Make sure to reduce heat to very low fire when you reduce the tamarind. if you can find bilin use as for the garnish.
