Chinese style soup,but here i used snack gord.it’s a light soup.and ideal for dinner.easy to prepaid,and used sweet chilli sauce to give bit of spicy flavor.use fresh herbs to enhance the flavor.

Method

  1. Take a pan.heat the pan.add onion,garlic and celery in to the pan.and saute for seconds.
  2. Add stock and bring it to boil.and simmer.
  3. put the thinly sliced snack gourd in to the soup.
  4. add beaten egg slowly,and tomato wedges too.
  5. finish the soup with sweet chili sauce and sesame oil
  6. garnish with dill leaves

Note
Do not boil once you egg.keep in very slow fire when it is egg placed.and even do not wish the soup soon as put the egg.at last minute use the tomato wedges to soup.herbs must me fresh
