Chick Pea with Tahini

I used this for as my curry in dinner,can used as a side dish too.tahini is mostly we sued in Arabic cooking.and i used tahini to flavored my thick curry.

Method

  1. Soke the chick pea over night and boiled separately.
  2. heat the pan,saute onion garlic,add all curry and chilli powder in to it.
  3. add chick pea in to it.combine with coconut milk,bring it to boil.
  4. reduce the fire and simmer for 10 minutes.add tahini paste,mixed well and simmer for another 4 minutes.
  5. you will get thick curry at end

Note
once you add tahini paste reduce the fire.the paste will burn fast.and boil chick pea properly,if it is hard,then you will not get the real texture of the curry.
