Carrot,Vermicelli and spring onion soup

This is light soup.ideal for dinner.can use as main meal as too.vermicelli give the extra volume to the soup.this is prepared into Chinese indo style.low coasted recipe.and healthy too.

Method

  1. heat the pan,add the oil saute onion,garlic and celery for minute
  2. add julian of carrot and toss.add the vegetable stock in to it.bring it to boil.and add coconut cream and simmer for another 3 minutes
  3. add the vermicelli  close the fire.
  4. finely add sporing onion and chopped parsley.
  5. just before service add the tamarind juice to it.

Note
Do not add the tamarind juice first.then when u put coconut cream it will coddle.my idea to give sour test too. even you can use bilin(sri lankan sour gurkins)
