Curried Stuffed fish

 Stuffed fish is from Europe,but i make this dish according to sri lankan.style.sri lankan famous for fresh fish all around the  year.in this recipe I used sri lankan stuffing with spicy.and cook in the curry.try this will be new experience to your plate

Ingredients
  • 200 g fish fillets
  • 1 small carrot
  • 2 spinach laves
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • Ingredients for curry
  • bunch of coriander
  • salt and pepper for seasoning.

Method

  1. take the fish fillet.season it and keep it separate
  2. cut the jullian carrot and spinach mixed with cheese,keep in the middle of fillet and roll,tide with twin tread.
  3. make the curry first,keep the stuffed fillet on the middle,cook for 5 minutes.
  4. simmer for another two minutes.served with rice or roti.

Note
use white fish for this recipe.and round fish will be ideal.at last you have to remove the twin traid from the fish.and serve hot.you can use more chilli if you fell if more chilli needed
