Chicken liver wrapped in rice paper roll

This is very easy recipe, have used chicken liver as the filling. But I make the filling with spicy. Vegetable also add more flavor to the filling. Kids love to have this. and excellent for dinner as a starter. Low cost. Enjoy the recipe and get us the feedback.

Ingredients
  • 200 g chicken liver Finley chopped
  • 1 chipped onion
  • 1 chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp green chilli sliced
  • 50 g chopped mushroom and leeks
  • 2 rice pepper rolls
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • How to make the dressing
  • 1 tbs green pea chopped
  • 3tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 segment of orange
  • 1 chopped onion

Method

  1. take the pan, heat the butter,add chopped liver in to it.cook for 5 minutes.add all other ingredients also
  2. correct the seasoning
  3. take the rice pepper,keep the paste of the middle on the pepper,fold it as a roll
  4. mean wile add all dressing ingredients to a bowl and mixed well.
  5. arrange as in picture.
