Stir fry Chicken with Kankung

Stir fried is one of easy  method of cooking.i like to do stir fry dishes most of the time.in a busy life style,this will be ideal,if you cut the chicken in to thin strips,ideal for stir fry.let’s try the recipe now.

Ingredients
  • 200 g Chicken
  • 1 bunch kankung
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp crushed pepper
  • 1 tsp mustered cream
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped
  • 2 tsp light soya sauce

Method

  1. Heat the pan,add the onion and garlic,saute for few minutes,
  2. add the chicken and saute for two minutes.
  3. then add kankung and mixed well,about another 1 minute
  4. add seasoning and take off the fire

Note
this is very fast cooking,you have to use high heat all the time,i use only salt and pepper.so easy recipe.but careful with your cooking temperature,if the pot is getting sticky please add some water or stock.
