Mango’s  I found very easily in sri lanka.many verities of mango give us the unique flavors each .this is very healthy recipe.can use for any ages.ideal as a dessert,

Method

  1. make fresh mango puree first.keep a side
  2. beat the fresh cream and rest in the refrigerator for some time.
  3. take the dissolved gelatin in 3 tsp water,mixed with the puree.
  4. fold with whipped cream,store in the refrigerator for  1/2 hour
  5. ready for service

Note
i dont like to use sugar here.because mango contain sugar anyway.if you want you can use fresh crem also.in this recipe I have used puree,still you can chopped mango as well.
