Thai style of cooking is now getting famous  Sin ri lanka.the spices which you use in thai cooking are more aromatic.and ideal for dinner with steamed rice.rich and healthy soup.seafood always go with thai food so well.

Ingredients
  • 200 g fish fillet
  • Chinese cabbage
  • 1 small carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp red curry past
  • 200 ml fish stock
  • 2 tsp tamarind puree
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 3 tsp palm sugar
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • salt
  • cooking oil

Method

  1. Heat the oil,cut the fish fillet in to cubs.and deep fried.
  2. heat the pan,add bit oil,saute slice onion and put other ingredients and mixed it.
  3. Reduce the fire and cook for some time.
  4. add coconut milk and finish the soup.finally add fish in to soup.

Note
finally garnish with spring onion,and chilli flakes on top.once you add coconut milk do not boil,if the spicy level you can incise by adding more red curry pest.
