Thai style fried Batter fried Chicken

This is a easy preparation.spices give us the more interesting on this recipe.and fine for bite as well.inset of deviled chicken,this is a ideal option for many Chinese dishes as well.

Ingredients
  • 200 g Chicken breasts
  • 4 garlic cloves peel and chopped
  • 1 tbs chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp thai red curry peast
  • 3 tsp oyster  sauce
  • 1 tsp lemongrass
  • 4 tsp fish sauce
  • 100 flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 thai red chilli
  • 200 ml oil

Method

  1. take a bowl,add all ingredients together,and keep a side.
  2. add the flour and mixed with butter first.then add water gradually, make a bit thick butter.
  3. heat the oil.deep the chicken in the batter,and fry
  4. serve with white rice.

Note
Do not burn the chicken.boneless chicken is better.even you can serve with noodles.use new oil all the time when you use fry items.
