Rice preparation very famous in Asia.people use to have rice in there all three meals.and this rice is good for lunch or dinner.this flavor rice good with one or two curries.so easy recipe

Ingredients
  • 300 g Cooked basmathi rice
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Chopped curry leaves
  • 1 tsp onion and ginger paste
  • 50 g boiled corn
  • 50 g Green peas
  • 2 tsp butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. first Cook rice and keep separately.allow to cool
  2. Heat the pan,add the butter or margarine,saute onion and garlic
  3. Add other ingredients as well.put the rice and mix.
  4. add salt and pepper,correct the seasoning

Note
If you want add some chilli species.when you boil corn in should be soke in water over night.even the green peas same.when you cook rice,add some oil. it will not sticky the rice.
