This is a canape.now you know what canape is.today i make out from gherkins.ideal for cocktails or tea.this is something new to Asian people.but i feel now in step by step people try finger food.Finger food had made out from mostly chef’s creations.chef don’t have any limits when it come to cooking. try this easy recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1 slice of bread cut in to four
  • 1 gherkin ( pickled )
  • 1 green lettuce
  • mustard butter
  • tomato mayonnaise
  • salt and  pepper

Method

  1. take the sliced bread,cut in to four.toast the bread.
  2. make the butter mixed with mustered cream,apply the mustered butter on the sliced bread.
  3. place small pieces of lettuce on the middle of the toast.
  4. Now take the gherkin,sliced thinly.lay two slices on the middle of the lettuce.
  5. pipe some tomato mayonnaise in the middle of the canape,as a garnish.

Note

Make the canape very small.this is all about your creations…and you can use a savory biscuit inset of toast bread.try to minimum chilli on here.
