Chocolate and Ginger Crumble

Chocolate is my favorite most of the time.is love to have after meals as a desserts.Children love to have all the time.and chocolate with ginger give you very romantic time after the meal.it use as a digesting substance too.

Method

  1. melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.add butter as well.
  2. take in to the dropping consistency.keep a side until in come to room temperature.
  3. Mean wile roast the nuts and chopped and keep a side.
  4. Whip the cream and rest in a cool place.
  5. take a bowl,add the melted chocolate in to it,mixed with chopped nuts.
  6. add the whipped cream little by little.fold it very carefully.
  7. Put in to molds,and allow to cool in refrigerator

Note
there are few thinks you have to keep in mind.

1. when you melting the chocolate add the custered power also put  in to it and malt with butter.

2. you can use some fruit in the side.even chocolate garnish will be ideal.

3.when you whip the cream,make sure to add coco power also.while you beating.
