Crumbed Fried Fish Fillet

Crumbed fried dishes very famous among the can find easily in sri lanka.and this is ideal for lunch as a side dish.and some of Europeans yous as a main and chips is a hit in out door restaurants around the world.mayonnaise and tartar sauce used as a dip.try and get your wonderful comments.

  • 200 g fish fillets
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • water
  • salt ,pepper
  • 200 g white bread crumbs
  • 200 ml oil

  1. Marinate the fish fillet with salt and pepper.keep a side for some time.
  2. make the batter.
  3. Heat the oil,deep the fish fillet in the batter,and deep fried for 3 minutes.
  4. When it golden brown,take off the fire,and drain the oil

you can served the fried fish with chips.and tartar sauce will be the best cold sauce for this.and do not kill the color of the should be golden brown.
