Tempura Chicken with Spicy Curry dip

Tempura mostly using Chinese cooking.and it s a fry dish.love to have a side dish.even with rice and curry,tempura will be a fine dish.and you can have vegetable tempura also.in sri lanka,now getting very famous this dish.

  • 200 g boneless chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp mustered paste
  • Tempura batter
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 300 ml oil for deep frying
  • spicy curry sauce

  1. Mixed the backing powder and flour in a bowl.
  2. wish the eggs water and oil in a a separate bowl.
  3. add the mixture in to the flour mixture,slowly.mean wile keep a four mixture bowl on a ice bucket.
  4. mixed in to a thick batter.
  5. mean wile heat the oil,dip the marinated chicken in the batter,deep fry it until golden brown.

Do not make very thin batter.thin batter will never Cort the chicken.even the frying time is very important.and you can serve with tomato dip also.do not burn the chicken.this is a very smooth dish.if you fry in correct stage.
