White & Dark Chocolate mousse with Caramalized Almonds

 Lovely dessert for all.it a perfect bland of flavors.not so  easy.but ideal for dinner.lot of advance preparation to be done.kid s love this.try the recipe and get us the comment.

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 300 g whipped cream
  • 100 ml butter
  • 1 tsp corn stuch
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 50 g almond
  • 4 tsp sugar

  1. Melt the white and dark chocolate in two different bowls.mean wile whipped the cream and rest in the refrigerator.
  2. allow to cool the melted chocolate.
  3. Take two more add the dark and white chocolate in two 2 different bowls.
  4. add whipped cream half  in to each bowl.
  5. fold it slowly,and keep in the refrigerator for 2- minutes.
  6. Make dumplings at last.
  7. caramelized the sugar.add boiled and clean almond in to ti.
  8. mixed it.serve with the chocolate dumplings.

You have to whipped the cream in to the perfect stage.and do not set the chocolate after melt,room temperature is ideal for cooling malted chocolate.
