Chicken Stew with Peanuts

 Chicken stew with mustered and vinegar one of hit in sri lanka.but today im goig to do with bet change.we do the stew with peanut butter.it will be a new experience to all my fans.even this stew you can make in to high spicy levels.enjoy the recipe.this stew is very famous in African countries.

Ingredients
  • 200 g Chicken (boneless)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Green Capsicum
  • 20 g ginger finely sliced
  • 50 ml thick coconut milk
  • 50 g Peanut butter
  • 3 tsp mustered paste
  • 100 ml Chicken stock
  • 1 potato peel and cut in to dices
  • 4 tsp vegetable oil
  • rosemary,coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  •  Tomato diced
  • salt and crushed pepper

Method

  1. heat the oil.add  the chicken and saute broth sides.and all onion and potato in to it.
  2. mean wile dilute peanut butter in half of thick coconut milk.and other half with mustered paste
  3. add the chicken stock and bring chicken in to boil.let the potato get cooked,
  4. add the mixed peanut mixture and mustered paste in to the chicken put and let it simmer for norther 3 minutes
  5. add green capsicum and salt and pepper.and serve with steamed rice.

Note
if you want there is possibility of adding 1 tsp of turmeric powder.and even you can use spicy Thai chilli,all are optional.try to used the fresh green herb mixed just before the service.
