Cream of Mushroom soup

we have used oyster mushrooms here.easy and tasty contain some amount of protein as well.Ideal for dinner and lunch.meddle age people love to get soup like this.most of the hotel use for there buffet.try and get us your lovely comments.

  1. saute the onion,garlic first.then add Half mushroom in to it,stir for wile
  2. add flour and mixed too.fallow by the chicken stock.
  3. Bring it to boil and simmer for few minutes.time to time skim off the skam.
  4. mean wile take the other half of mushrooms,saute and keep a side to mixed at last
  5. mean wile  cool the soup.and put in to the blander, bland it so finely.
  6. put it to a another pan.bring it to boil,and simmer,add the cream
  7. finish with seasoning
  8. just before service add the mushrooms is in the picture.

Try to use the fresh i have used oyster mushrooms.but even fresh button mushrooms sri lankna you can find lot of oyster mushrooms very not boil after add cream.even you can use the vegetable stock here.that is optional.
