Vegetable Chopsuey

 In Sri lanka vegetable chopsuey is one of favorite.who ever go to Chinese restaurant dont forget to bye a vegetable chopsuey in there hand.i have seen many chopsuey recipes.and this is my chopsuey have lot of modification with sri lankan touch. lets try my recipe at home.and make your own chopsuey at home.

  1. Heat oil in a wok until oil is almost smoking.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and stirfry for 30 seconds. Take care not to burn the garlic.
  3. Stir in peppers, broccoli, zucchini, and carrots. Stir fry for 3 more minutes
  4. Add bean sprouts, brown sugar, soy sauce and vegetable stock
  5. Add a dash of salt and pepper and cook an additional 2 minutes. Serve immediately with noodles or rice.

do not over cook the vegetable.i commanded not to use MSG.most of the restaurant use MSG to get the artificial flavor.always serve can use some local vegetables as well.such as snack gourd,bottle gourd,cucumber sa well.
