Fried Ash plantant Broth

In Sril lanka you will find lot’s of we are going to try ash plantain recipes.this is a light soup,give you unique flavor to Asian plate.ideal for Dinner,even quick lunch also get on with this.vegetarian recipe always help for old people and high cholesterol people.let’s try the recipe.and apricate with your comments.

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 50 g ash plantain cut in to dice and deep fried
  • 100 g carrot, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 potato, diced
  • 50 g mushrooms cut in half
  • 3 cloves whole garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4oo ml  water
  • salt and pepper

             10 min

  1. Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.
  2.  Reduce heat and simmer for at least an 10 minutes.
  3.  Strain out the vegetables and remove the bay leaves.
  4.  This broth can be used as a base for soups, gravies and more.

This is a basic recipe for not burn the ash plantain.before you fried rub the ash plantain with traumatic and salt.once it fried drain in to a pepper.

you can add more variates of vegetable s to this soup.but do not add radish.even you can use flavored vegetable stock in here.
