Chicken with fafalle with tomatos

Chicken Farfalle is mostly famous in Italy.but i this is a easy recipe.Like to share this recipe with all my cooking fans.farfalle is a kind of a can find easily from any supermarket in sri lanka.Ideal for dinner, kids love this very much.i know this will be some thing new experience to sri lankans.let’s try Our Chef‘s Recipe.

  1. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over mediumhigh heat. Add onions; sprinkle with salt and cook until beginning to brown, stirring often, about 8 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in vinegar and sugar; cook until onions are browned, stirring often, about 15 minutes. Transfer caramelized onions to bowl; reserve skillet.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally. Drain.Add wine to reserved skillet. Boil until reduced to 1/2 cup, 3 minutes.
  3.  Add pasta, onions, broth, and next 4 ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Stir over medium heat to warm through, about 3 minutes.
  4. fillanly add some parmasan cheese on top

According to your choice can add more vegetable if necessary. even you can make same farfalle with tomato or cream.boiling of Fafalle is most important,it should be al dente
