Easy and testy dessert. Ideal for  Dinner.you can find coconut very easily in sri lankna.so i make this dessert.Kids mite love this.and easy to prepaid. Let’s try our Chef‘s Recipe now.

Method

  1. Blend the almonds half and 2 tablespoons of the sugar into a paste in afood prosser or blender. Set almond paste aside.
  2. Roasted coconut and keep a side.
  3. whipped the cream with amaretto ,once it whipped add the coconut and mixed too.
  4. keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Note
You can used Desiccated coconut as well.be careful  it can burn very fast. when you beet the whipped cream do not mixed with any water.ideal if you can put 2 tsp of gelatine,that will be ideal.
