Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, onion, and ghrkins,chopped parsley. capers. Stir in lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Note
Do not add vinegar to the sauce.and this is a great sauce to keep in  refrigerator for two weeks. do not make the sauce in a hot place.it will separated eggs and oil.
