Grilled fish with Tomato and Cream Spaghetti

This is a creation of Fish and spaghetti, most of the people do fish spaghetti,but here our chef used two cooking methods at once.ideal for dinner,can used as a main course in a set dinner.lets try the recipe

  1. In a small bowl, combine the first nine ingredients.  refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Set aside remaining marinade
  2. Drain and discard marinade. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Place salmon skin side down on rack. Grill, covered and once it cooked  keep on a plate.
  3. now make the tomato spaghetti,put a large saucepan on a medium heat and add 2 good lugs of olive oil.
  4.  Add the garlic, chile, and basil stalks and give them a stir.
  5.  When the garlic begins to brown slightly, add most of the basil leaves and the chopped tomatoes.
  6. Turn the heat up high and stir for a minute. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the spaghetti in a colander then transfer it to the pan of sauce and stir well.
  7.  Taste and add more salt and pepper if you think it needs it. Divide the paste  between your bowls, or put it on the table in a large serving dish and let everyone help themselves. Roughly tear over the remaining basil leaves and grate over some Parmesan.
  8. finally add some fresh cream and finish,served with grilled fish

try to get fresh fillet.and white fish is ideal for this.before you add cook the fish on the grill.apply some oil on never give a chance to stick the grilled bars.
