This is very famous in sri lanka.many love to have chicken badum in spicy.ideal for Dinner with some curries.better to have in the dinner.in a Hot sunny day i don’t think you will enjoy spicy chicken badum.many restaurants are full with thicken badum dishes.let’s try our chef’s recipe.

Method

  1. heat the oil,add rampe and karapincha.stir for few second,add onion and garlic,reduce the heat and stir.
  2. add chicken in to the pan.let it cook by it Owen,reduce the heat and cook until chicken get gook.
  3. Add chille flake and green chilli too.mixed well
  4. finally served with rice or rothi

Note
when you cook chicken, let the chicken cook by it Owen juice.if it too spicy add some sugar too.if you add chilli first then it will be burn.this is the biggest mistake people do.
