Curried beans,tempered beans very famous in sri lanka.this is used as a side dish for rice and curry.many sri lankan love to have beans in there meal.and it make so healthy if you use less oil.lets try our chef recipe.

Method

  1. Cut the beans.sliced the onion too.
  2. In a large wok, add a tablespoon or 2 of coconut cream, a tsp chilli and  curry paste, garlic, ginger and the water/stock. Allow this to come to the boil and stir.
  3. Add the beans and cook until heated through but still retaining a crunch.
  4. Cook for another 5 minutes to combine, curd,finally add some salt and pepper according to your requirement

Note
Do not over cooked the beans,it will loose the color of the beans.and if you use some other vegetables to this .put beans at last.this is a curry but see the method of making is efferent.
