Hot Fish with Coriander

Most of hot butter dishes are very famous in Asia.this is ideal for favorite  and used as a sife dish in  a Sir lankan rice and curry recipe.low cost make more interested to make.easy of preparation. enjoy our chef’s recipe.

  1.  Add oil in heavy large pot over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and garlic and saute for 4 minutes and you can also add some mushroom (optional) at this point for added flavor. Add parsley and stir for 2 minutes. Add tomato and tomato paste and let cook for 2 minutes longer.
  2.  Add  white wine, and fish and simmer
  3. until the  fish is cooked through, that should be less than 10 minutes.
  4.  Add seasoning,yaughrt and spices in to it. Salt to taste. Ladle into bowls and serve.
  5. This fish  goes well with fresh bread and i should say it’s the prefect meal to compliment it.
  6. finally add some coriander bunch cut in to half.

this is easy and fast method.see the recipe we,this is not s curry.and my method are totally efferent.i used all spices at the last minutes just before our of the fire.b y doing that i want to five a raw spicy teast to  the food. try and get us the comments.
