Stuffed Chicken with curried vegetables

This is a one of easy preparation of cooking chicken.but when you are put the stuffing you have to be careful.and this is a combination of east west .and i have yous spices for the curry as give the Asian tuch in to the food.and this is good budgeted recipe too.this is good for dinner spacial.And high class occasion this will be ideal.but for large amount of people stuffed chicken dis is not practical at all.
  • 200 g  Chicken breast
  • 1 no     Small carrot
  • 50 g    Red cabbage
  • 1 bon  Spring onion
  • 1/4     Mustered seeds
  • 1/4     Sweet cuming
  • 25 g     Onion and garlic
  • 1  tsp   curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp Traumatic powder
  • 3/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt & pepper

  1. Clean the chicken breast and wash and keep.
  2. Cut the vegetables in to strips.
  3. Heat the pan,add onion and garlic,ten mixed the vegetable in to it.and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Mixed curry powder and add coconut milk in to it.cook for 2 minutes
  5. then take  the chicken breast and open the breast in half way length sice,slowly fill the vegetable in to it.
  6. and tried in to a roll.and stop with tooth pick
  7. heat a norther pan,put the stuffed chicken pan fry the broth sides.for 10 minutes
  8. ready to serve

Still you are free to u do any feeling to it.but do not use fish,pork or beef as felling.this is bit spicy dish.if u want u can make lases spices too.make sure do not cook chicken the 10 not over cook.the quality of the chicken go off.this is totally western dish, bland with sri lankan style.
