We do lot of fish dishes all the time.and fresh fish make more interested me to do lot of new thinks..try this recipe which is easy and spicy.sri lankan love this.and low cost recipe as well.please use white fish in this .and do not used the small fish.should be fish chankes.lets see our chef’s recipe.

Method

  1. Blend together ginger, garlic, vinegar, salt, coriander, cumin, cayenne and oil in the blender to form a fine paste.
  2. Marinate the fish pieces into the paste for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.Pre-heat the oven on maximum heat at broil.
  3. Cover the oven tray with foil to avoid mess.
  4. Place the marinated fish pieces on the tray and broil for about 8-10 minutes.Turn over and broil for about 8 minutes again
  5. Serve the tandoori fish hot with your favorite chutney. 

Note
Do not used red fish in here.make more spicy by increasing chilli and pepper. when you cook,chake time to time.it will be a reason for prevent from the burning.if there is a slit burn on the top of the fish.please cover with a aluminum foil
