 This is little spicy ravioli.this is bland with curry sauce.i love to give more curry flavors to my food.this is hitting dish in sri lanka.this is ideal for dinner.many of my fans do like to have spicy in to food,you can do this very easily.enjoy our chef’s recipe.

Method

  1. In a pan  over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until evenly brown; drain.In a food processor, mix the chicken, , and onion. Transfer to a bowl, and mix with butter, 3 tablespoons  cheese, salt, garlic powder, nutmeg, and pepper.
  2.  Take a wanton wrapped and keep the felling in the middle,and do a egg wash and close,allow to rest.
  3. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, and cook the ravioli in small batches for about 8 minutes, or until al dente. Drain, and rinse under cold water.
  4. how to make the sauce
  5. saute onion and garlic,add the curry powders in to it,saute for few seconds.
  6. add tomato and coconut milk in to it.bring it to boil and put in to simmering point.

Note
this is a east west combination.do not add lot of chilli in to the curry sauce.when you boiled the ravioli,just make in to one minute,not more then that.
