 This is one of very easy soup.we have given the recipe for the roasted pumpkin soup.in here we have done some modification.we use some chick pea and cumin.ideal for dinner.can use as the main meal for there dinner.let’s try our chef’s recipe.

Method

  1. Heat stock, salt, pumpkin, onion, thyme, garlic, and peppercorns. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes uncovered.
  2. add boiled chick peas in to it.
  3. Puree the soup in small batches (1 cup at a time) using a food processor or blender.
  4. Return to pan, and bring to a boil again. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for another 30 minutes, uncovered. Stir in heavy cream. Pour into soup bowls and garnish with fresh parsley.

in this recipe we do it completely a another way.method is totally change.we like to try new styles of our own.you can use chick pea boiled and crush here.
