Sour sup mousse with ginger biscuit crust

sour sup you find very easily in sri lanka.and this is great fruit to keep your health up to the stranded easy recipe.ideal for elderly people .as a dessert many love to have.i suggest this dessert after lunch in a hot day.lets see our chef’s recipe.

  1. clean the sour sup and remove the seeds,and chopped the sour sup finely
  2. add butter and sugar and wish until the sugar get melted.add the dissolved gelatin in to the mixture,mixed with chopped sour sup.
  3. rest in a cool please for few minutes. mine wile beat the whip cream in to smooth paste.
  4. take a another bowl,add half from both mixtures and fold together  and fill in to cups.dust the crushed biscuits on the top of the in the refrigerator for   30 minutes.

you will see many verities of sour sup.try to find the sweet one.if you find the most sour once,add 1/2 tsp of salt and are totally free to add some yellow color in to it.and if you want add some nuts as well.
