Easy and aromatic soup any one love to have in there meal.ideal for dinner.you mite try cream of beetroot before.this is something you can do in very short time.in a hot day this is ideal for dinner.very healthy recipe.

Method

  1. add little butter in to a pan,heat,add onion and garlic and saute for a while.
  2. add the cumin seeds and celery saute for seconds
  3. add beetroot and fennel and add the chicken stock,bring it to boil,simmer until it cook
  4. add the few drops of corn flour and thick if necessary.
  5. add salt and pepper and season it.garnish with chopped fennel leaves

Note
this is a very light soup.do not use any cream or milk in to this.when you saute cumin do not burn,i just want to give the east west combination in to this.
