 This is one of easy vermicelli preparation and very healthy meal as well.you can use as mail course.if you add some spice and make in to Asian pallet. less oil we introduce this to our slow food recipes.we are very ken on health clean and good food.ideal for dinner.

Method

  1. chopped the onion and garlic and keep a side for few minutes.cut the chicken in to strips.
  2. take a pan,add some oil,saute onion and garlic for second,add chicken cook for some time.
  3. add the chicken stock,fallow with vermicelli and beans sprout.
  4. cook for norther few minutes,add basil leaves at last movement and mixed
  5. correct the salt and pepper.and served hot.

Note
try to find clean and good food ingredient for your cooking.when u cook do not burn.soon  as the chicken get brown,add the stock.when you make the chicken stock please do not use any chicken powder.try to make fresh stock.
