This is one of easy dessert,which you can make with local fresh ingredients.ketul is one of mail ingredient we find in sri lanka,and lot of local farmers do this.and fresh and quality  substance .Chef Duminda use lot of Good clean and quality product in his cooking.this is a easy dessert can page at home easily.good for dinner,enjoy the recipe

Method

  1. cut the fruit in to small cubes,and keep a side.mixed with kitul tricle
  2. take the yaughrt in to a small bowl and stir it until in become required form
  3. add the fruit and kithula mixture in to the yoghurt and fold it .add the dissolved gelatin in to it.
  4. pore the mixture in to small bowls and rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes..

Note
I don’t use much gelatine here.just little for binding that’s it.and try to find fresh fruit all the time.do not use the can staff.concern about your health more then every think.
