Method

  1. Mix the chicken, egg white, garlic, ginger, sugar, white pepper and soy sauce together and chill for at least an hour.
  2. bring the chicken stock in to boil,add the chicken in to the stock and cook,skim off when it necessary

This is a soup with you can use for your lunch,when you cook this do not mash the vegetable.best solution is to boil the Chicken separately.still you are free to add some spices in to it.according to your choice.
