Another healthy recipeto you all from Chef Duminda. Since a majority loves to have chicken in their meals, chef would like to introduce this dish ideal at lunch time on a hot day.This is made with chicken and fresh organic vegetables accompanied with bread rolls. Chef Duminda is always focused on giving us healthy recipes & would recommend this dish for heart and diabetic patients as well.

3 potions


  1. First add some butter into a pan and saute onion and garlic for few minutes.
  2. Then add the chicken and saute..later pour the stock in the mix and bring it to boil,simmer until chicken is cooked.
  3. While the chicken is cooking you can add the carrot as well and let it cook with the chicken,
  4. At last add the beans and other vegetables & follow with soya and oyster sauce.
  5. To finish the dish add salt and pepper.
  6. Send to the table with chopped coriander on top…


If you can olive oil is recommended to use for saute but not compulsory. The chicken can be boiled if preferred separately and add at the end of preparation. I highly advise you not to cook vegetables for more than 3 minutes b’cause the vegetables cook later eventually with the heat.
Corn flour is an option to add in the soup if preferred.
