 Carrot and peas is the perfect bland for sri lankan rice and curry.one of spicy curry which is moving very fast in local villagers.easy of preparation and low cost too.

Ingredients
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 50 g green pea
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 sliced onion
  • some rampe karapincha
  • 1 chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tumaric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp masted past
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  1. put all ingredients  to a pot
  2. add some thin coconut milk to the pot and mixed well.bring it to the boil.
  3. one it cooked 1/2 way.add the thick coconut milk too.simmer for few minutes

Note
You can do this curry in two ways.one is the method which i have put above.or you can try the same recipe and put a temper at last…do never used any MSG in sri lankan cooking
