 Here is another fantastic, easy to prepare recipe from our well known chef duminda. Today we give all our wonderful fans the recipe for “vegetable cake”. Earlier we had posted “Frilled Kebab” and this cake is prepared according to the Asian taste. Enjoy and don’t forget to leave your comments. Your comments are very important us.

Ingredients
  • 100 g of carrots,leeks,cabbage,broccoli
  • 1 onion chopped
  • some chopped curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp chilli pices
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • 25 g of cheese greated
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. peel the vegetable and cut in to small cubes, blanch and keep a side.
  2.  take a separate bowl add cream,eggs, chilli  & chopped curry leaves and mix them all together.
  3. Then add the cheese in to it,follow by all blanched vegetable and  mixed it.
  4. put into a small baking tray,and bake in the oven for 15 minutes..at the temperature of 150c.
  5. serv hot.with kebab..

Note

this is a basic recipe..you are free to select your vegetables preferred. Do not use meat in this recipe and you can alternate cream with milk.
