Seafood Pancakes with Tiumaric and Coriander Cream

Seafood Pancake’s is one of family er recipe for all us.But make it in to a norther style.I feel to make it with a combination of east west.Ideal for the Dinner time.and so tasty recipe.if you the advance preparation well this is one of easiest  dish.i do use little bit of spices to it.

Ingredients
  • 150 g  Fish,cuttle fish and prawns  each cut into cubes
  • 100 g of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 100 ml thick coconut milk
  • 50 ml Water
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp traumatic powder
  • pinch of finely chopped lemon grass
  • 1 no Green chilli chopped
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 Capsicum cut in to small dices
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tsp oil
  • Two leaves of Coriander

Method

  1. First of all make the batter,take a bowl place a egg flour and gradually add the water.until come a thick batter,then add  the Chopped green chili in to the mixture, keep a side.
  2. Make some pancakes and keep a side.
  3. Take a norther pan heat the oil.saute onion and garlic until golden brow,add seafood in to it.
  4. Then fallow traumatic & chopped lemon grass saute for a minute.
  5. Reduce the heat,add coconut milk and allow to cook for 4 minutes. allow to cool for some time.
  6. Take a plate keep the pan cake on top,fill with chopped seafood past.turn like a roll.
  7. Just before the service reheat the sauce and pore on the top.and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Note
I have use the chopped tomato pulp to put on top.but that is optional.by useing the tomato pulp my idea to give slight sour flaver to the dish.
