Spicy Prawn Cutlet

Sri Lanka is an island with many sea food varieties. Today i am going to do Cutlets with a spicy paste. I always advise you all to use organic vegetables in your meals for a better health. Try this at your homes and leave ys your comments….

  1. Chop the vegetables and keep them seperately. In the meantime boil the potatoes and mash them well.
  2. Heat a pan and add all ingredients and saute for a little while, then add the mashed potatoes and mix well. Add salt and pepperr to taste.
  3. Take the paste off the fire and let it cool.
  4. Take a cleaned prawn and keep it in the middle and make a ball as shown in the picture.
  5. Make as much with the paste you have prepared and curmb the prawn cutlet and deep fry. Better served with salad or rice.


u can used any seafood in to this.and free to use some curry powder in to this.as sri lankans we love to have some spicy cutlets with rice and curry.
