Pan Fried fish with Saffron and Lemon sauce

this is a fish prepration.easy and low cost recipe.ideal for the Dinner.many people love to have easy dishers for there dinner.lemon sauce is preaty famouse in Asia.enjoy the recipe.
Ingredients
  • 200 g fish fillet
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic chopped
  • pinch of saffron
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 100 ml cream or thick coconut milk
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. clean the fish fillet and season with salt and pepper,keep in the refrigerator for some time.
  2. heat the pan ,put the fish fillet in to the pan,and pan fry for 3 minutes both sides
  3. reduce the fire.add the garlic and onion in to the pan, add saffron,lemon juice,add cream or coconut milk in to it.
  4. cook the fish with the sauce for nother few minutes.in the sauce.
  5. season with the salt and pepper.

Note
this is a basic preparation of the dish.still you can do some modification in to this.you are totally free to add some white wine in to this.in here i have garnish with some chopped tomatoes as well.just to give color combination.
