This is a New Creation by Chef Duminda,by using Gotukola.this is a perfection of new style of sri lankan dishers.Sri lanka one of best Destination for Best Spices.Chef Duminda Use DILNA PRODUCTS In his Cooking.
  • 100 g Jack fruit
  • 50 g of Gotu kola
  • Some curry leaves
  • 1 sliced onlin
  • 1 chopped garlic
  • 2 no green chillis
  • 2 tsp Raw Curry Powder ( DILNA)
  • 1 tsp Mustard Powder ( DILNA)
  • 1 tsp Tumaric Powder (DILNA)
  • 2 tsp Chilli powder (DILNA)
  • 100 ml Thick Coconut extract
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 Roasted Currt powder ( DILNA )

  1. Cut jack fruit in to thin strips,put all in to a clay pot
  2. fallow with lovely DILNA curry powders.as in the video.
  3. add coconut milk,mixed well.and bring it to boil.
  4. Add Gotu kola in to the kos curry.mixed well and take off the fire.
  5. put a temper on the top at last.amd sprinkle some roasted curry powder on the top of the dish
