Chilli Chicken

This is made as chilli chicken,but in this recipe there are some changers i have we don’t use Mas here,not even chilli paste.we used DILNA Spices in our cooking,and it is a true Sri Lankan Brand and give the real aroma to the are free to use Cashewnuts or Peanut as your wish,enjoy easy and quice recipe from Chef Duminda
  • 200 g boneless chicken cut in to strips
  • 1 onion rings
  • 1 leeks green part
  • 50 chipped tomatoes
  • 1 capsicum diced
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Chili pics ( DILNA)
  • 1 tsp pepper powder ( DILNA)
  • salt

  1. Rub the chicken with Chick pea flour,soya sauce and salt.keep a side for few minutes
  2. heat the oil,add the chicken and fry both sides for 2 minutes,and take the chicken out of the fire.
  3. heat the oil,add onion,capsicum and tomatoes and saute for few seconds,add chilli pieces,pepper powder in to it.saute for few minutes
  4. add some water in to it.put tomato sauce and soya sauce in to the mixture
  5. fallow with chicken and leeks.

In this recipe no MSG or Aji no mote are free to add fried Cashew nuts or peanuts in to the dish,
