Saute Mushrooms and Star fruit ( Kaberanka)

Easy vegetarian preparation,one of sri lakan side dish.this is a creation of chef duminda. and as a slow food activist chef duminda use lot of local ingredients in his recipes.if you are keen on having  great dish you must consider about the chef duminda always recommended Dilan Spices,it give the real aroma and the flavoer to his recipes.
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 no stir fruit sliced ( Kaberanka)
  • 1 tsp traumatic Powder ( DILNA)
  • 1 tsp Roasted Curry Powder ( DILNA)
  • 1 tsp raw curry powder ( DILNA)
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder ( DILNA)
  • 1 tsp chilli pieces ( DILNA)
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 green chili sliced
  • 1/4 cumin seeds
  • curry leaves
  • 100 ml thick coconut extract
  • salt

  1. Heat the clay pot,add onion,green chilis, curry leaves,and cumin seeds and saute for a minute
  2. add all dilna aromatic spices one by one in to the cay pot,add some coconut milk,bring it to boil.
  3. add the mushrooms,saute for 2 minutes,add slices Kaberanka in to it,
  4. Cook for nother one minute time.take off the fire,send it to the table with lovely sri lankan rice and curry.

I recommended dilan spices always in cooking,it give the real bland and the flavor to the dish.
