Ingredients
  • 100 g peel and  small diced amberalla
  • 50 g sour sup
  • Hand full of mint leaves
  • Salt
  • Some bee honey
  • Ice  or dole water

Method

  1. cut the amberalla in to small dices
  2. separate the sour sup from the seeds
  3. put all in to the blander with ice or cold water
  4. add bee honey and pinch of salt in to the it and blande it in to smooth dring

Note
we are very much concern about the health.we do not use  sugar.still you can use sugar as you wish.
