Onion and Spring Onion stuffed Chicken Breast

This is one of easy creation.and this is ideal for the dinner table,Dilna spice used here to give the real flavour to the dish.as asian love this is a spicy stuffing and low costed recipe as well.no Msg abeing used here.enjoy our recipe.
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • some celery stick in to thin slices
  • 25 g of spring onion leaves
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp raw curry powder ( DILNA SPICES)
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes ( DILNA SPICES)
  • 1 large potato cut in to cubes and boiled
  • some chopped parsley
  • salt
  • pepper powder (DILNA SPICES)

  1. Clean the chicken breast very well.and cut the breast in to deep, from the middle.and season with salt and pepper and keep a side.
  2. Take a pan.add celery,garlic,onion and spring onion and saute for while.add curry powder and chili flakes in to pan mixed well,season with salt and pepper
  3. allow to cool for few minutes,and keep the stuffing in the middle of the chicken breast and twist from the tooth pick.
  4. Heat a nother pan and add some oil,panfry the chicken breats for 4 minutes each borth sides.take off from the pan.remove the tooth pick,
  5. now slice the chicken breat and served with parsley potatoes.

DILNA is the best i can recommend in my cooking.and it give the real aroma to all food  recipes what we do.and here i have used parsley potato as accompaniment in to my staff chicken.but you are free to do any changers. even rice will be a good accompaniment to your recipe.
