This is an easy recipe which you can try as a soup at the lunch.many sri lankans do love to have such soup at there meal.high in protein which is use as vegetarian meal.this is we introduce as one of healthy recipe

  1. Boiled the green gram and keep a side.Heat the pan add some olive oil and saute coconut flakes till it get brown.
  2. Add onion and garlic and saute for few second
  3. Add green gram and fallow with vegetable stock,let it cook for 10 minutes
  4. Add the cocnut milk and simmer for few minutes.season with salt and pepper

in this recipe you are free to have cream as well inset of coconut milk,but we do talk today as a healthy cream lot of  calories involved so we dont use any cream here.
