  1. Clean the gizzard and wash,keep a side.
  2. wash the bottlegourd and cut in to rings.
  3. Heat the oil,add onion,garlic with curry leaves and saute for few minutes.
  4. Add the gizzard and mixed well.fallow with meat curry powder, tumaric and chilli powder
  5. add 1/2 cup of water and bring it to boil,cook for 7 to 8 minutes.add tomato and capsicum.
  6. add salt and pepper correctly and season well.finally add bottle gourd rings and take off the fire.

If you can used clay pot in sri lankan cooking,that will be are free to use any type of vegetable here.
