Wadi Karawala Hodda ( Dry Fish Curry)

This recipe is very famous in dry zone,and the inland,tuna is the best dry fish for it.one of beat traditional recipe from sri lanka. chef live to introduce such recipes to public,so rich in protein and very healthy curry too.
  • 150 g dry fish
  • some curry leaves,and rampe
  • 1 onion slice
  • 1 tomato slice
  • 2 green chilis cut in to slices
  • 1 potato peel and cut in to cubes
  • some thin coconut milk
  • 100 ml thick coconut milk
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp tumaric powder
  • salt
  • pepper

  1. put all ingredients together in to a pot
  2. add chili,traumatic and coriander in to the clay pot,mixed with think coconut milk and cook for 10 minutes
  3. Now add the thick coconut milk and stir it for some time
  4. add salt if necessary.

Once you add the thick coconut extract,continue string till the curry is cooked.
